All packages being sent to an apartment or suite number will be shipped "signature required". Shipping and handling will not be refunded for packages marked "no one is available to sign" by shipping company. It is the customer's responsibility to please have a person available to sign for their package.
Back order/Postage & Handling
Retail purchases must be prepaid. Postage and handling is computed on the value of each individual shipment. Please understand that if an item is not in stock (placed on back-order) or is pre-ordered, AND the result is the need for multiple shipments, then additional shipping and handling charges will apply. If you do NOT wish to maintain a back-order or pre-order, you can cancel the balance of your order by responding to your confirmation at websales@modelpower.com.

- For over sized cartons there will be an extra charge according to dimensional weight & not actual weight. Shipping price will be choosing by the most economical way.
